Intro

Hey. I'm Anthony. I've lived in Los Angeles since 2005, but I'm a Midwesterner at heart. I came out here after college to go to law school and after graduating, I wanted nothing to do with being a lawyer (whoops). Instead, I started working in the film industry and eventually found myself working for a writer when, like a bolt of lightning coming out the sky, I was hit with a brilliant idea: I should try writing a script. So I did. And it sucked. But something changed for me then: I learned that I could put together over 100 pages of a story and it have it be (somewhat) coherent. I was determined to keep going and I did. And as luck or providence or whatever you want to call it would have it, my third script got me signed by my agents and manager and it got made into a movie.

I was off and running. Through the highs and lows of working in the entertainment industry, one thing has remained a constant: my love of imagining, concepting, outlining, and ultimately writing something. That process is - simply put - the best. So when I saw the impending WGA Strike on the horizon, I knew I needed to find some other work. If I could help it, I wanted the work to incorporate the same process that I'd grown to love. And when an opportunity to work on a TV campaign for the weight loss brand Noom fell into my lap, I jumped at the opportunity. The TV campaign led to doing other work for Noom, all of it based on creativity and writing, and I've had a blast doing it.

While my film work and screenwriting continues, I've realized how much I enjoy working with teams of smart people to create compelling and fun advertisements. Hope we can connect and make something great.
